Refunds are part of our job and we respect your choice because you have the right to do so.

Refunds for unfinished services are issued via a coupon code toward next purchase or to your original payment method, if possible. In fact, the refund policy is very complex and not always possible. But you don't have to worry, because we will find 1000 and one way to refund or compensate your funds.

If you request a refund when we have already achieved your desired Rank, we will not offer a refund to you as we have already finished and you will have your rewards. If we finished but did not hit the rank you requested, then you will get the difference back in price between the ranks.

If you request a refund before we start playing, then we will offer a full refund.
